Citizens Bank offers a variety of credit and debit cards for customers who have a checking account with the bank. Just by opening one of these accounts you get a debit card linked to it.
With this card you can withdraw money at any ATM, free at Citizens Bank ATMs, and pay for your purchases at establishments around the world and on the Internet. All of this is charged immediately to your checking account balance.
With credit cards, the money you use is deducted from your card balance, and you can pay it at the end of the month or pay in installments over several months, although the latter option involves paying interest, as if it were a personal loan.
With the Cash Back Plus card you get a rebate on all the payments you make, which you can then redeem for credit on your card or for various rewards in kind. You also have the Clear Value credit card, which has a lower interest rate for your purchases.
Neither of these cards has an annuity, and both offer a first period of several months interest-free (0% APR) for deferred purchases and balance transfers from other cards.
