This California Consumer Privacy Act Privacy Notice ("CCPA Notice") applies to "Consumers" as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"). For purposes of this CCPA Notice, personal information applies to "Personal Information" as defined in the CCPA.

We collect and share the following categories of Personal Information from the applicable sources and for the applicable purposes set forth in the table below.

1. Personal identifiers and records (email address, name, address, IP address) 2.

  • Reasons for collection: Provision of services, processing and management of interactions and transactions, quality assurance, security, debugging, marketing.
  • Third parties with whom the information is shared: Data analysis partners.
  • Purpose of sharing this data with third parties: Processing and management of interactions and transactions, provision of services, quality assurance, security, cleansing.

2. Commercial information (such as details of your use of our service) 

  • Sources: Directly from you or your devices.
  • Reasons for collection: Performance services, research and development, quality assurance, security, debugging and marketing.
  • Third parties with whom the information is shared: Data analysis partners, vendors, affiliated companies.
  • Purpose of sharing this data with third parties: Performance of services on our behalf, research and development, quality assurance, security and cleansing.

3. Internet usage information (such as interaction with our services).

  • Sources: Directly from you or your devices, data analysis partners.
  • Reasons for collection: Research and development, quality assurance, security and debugging.
  • Third parties with whom the information is shared: Data analysis partners, vendors, affiliated companies.
  • Purpose of sharing this data with third parties: Performing services on our behalf, research and development, quality assurance, security and debugging.

4. Inferences (e.g., your preferences, likelihood of interest in some of our services).

  • Sources: Directly from you or your devices, data analysis partners, advertising networks.
  • Reasons for collection: Research and development, quality assurance and marketing.
  • Third parties with whom information is shared: Data analytics partners, vendors, ad networks.
  • Purpose of sharing this data with third parties: Research and development; quality assurance; marketing.

In addition, we may collect, use and disclose your Personal Information as required or permitted by applicable law, or as directed by you, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly "sell" the Personal Information we collect from you, consistent with the CCPA's definition of "sell," and we will treat the Personal Information we collect from you as the subject of a no-sale request.

There is not yet consensus on whether third-party cookies and tracking devices associated with our websites and mobile applications may constitute a "sale" of your PI as defined by the CCPA.

You can exercise control over browser-based cookies by adjusting your browser settings. We also list cookies and provide access to your privacy information and, if available, opt-out programs in our Cookie Policy.

Some browsers have signals that may be characterized as do-not-track signals, but we do not understand that they function that way or indicate a do-not-sell expression on your part, so we do not currently recognize them as a do-not-sell request.

We understand that various parties are developing do-not-sell signals and we may recognize certain such signals if we conclude that such a program is appropriate.

California consumers are entitled to exercise privacy rights under the CCPA. California consumers may exercise these rights through an authorized agent that meets the agency requirements of the CCPA.

Any request you submit to us is subject to an identification and residency verification process ("Verifiable Consumer Application"). We will not honor your request under the CCPA unless you have provided us with sufficient information to reasonably verify that you are the consumer about whom we collect personal information.

To verify your identity, we will send an email to the email address you provide to us, and you will need to take the actions described in our email. This will allow us to verify that the person who made the request controls and has access to the e-mail address associated with the request.

We will check our systems for the e-mail address you provide to us, as well as any information associated with that e-mail address. If you provide us with an e-mail address that has not been used to interact with us, we will not be able to verify your identity.

In other words, the only reasonable method by which we can verify the identity of individuals is if we have an e-mail address on file that was provided to us in connection with our services. We will not be able to fulfill your request if we cannot verify your identity.
