Bank of America Premium Rewards Credit Card is a superior version of the Travel Rewards, and offers greater advantages, although in this case you will have to pay an annual fee of 95 dollars to enjoy it.
By sign it up, you can get a bonus of 50,000 points if you spend at least $3,000 during the first 90 days. In this case, there is no initial period with no interests.
How to get points with this card
To accumulate points you only have to use the Premium Rewards card for your purchases. You'll earn 2 points for every dollar you spend on travel and dining. For the rest of the purchases you make, you will receive 1.5 points per dollar spent.
These points can later be redeemed for cash directly into your Bank of America checking or savings account, or for credit to your Merrill Edge and Merrill Lynch accounts, for credit to your card, for purchases at the Travel Center of the entity or by gift cards.
You can get even more points if you are a member of the Preferred Rewards program, being able to get between 25% more than Gold members and 75% more Platinum Honors members get. This allows you to get up to 3.5 points for each purchase you make in travel and restaurants.
