Additional information of Mastercard Bilt credit card
A credit card that gives you points for up to your monthly rent payment, voted the best no annual fee card on the market in 2022 by The Points Guy.
The Wells Fargo Bilt card rewards spending with points, for any purchase, including your regular home rent, as mentioned above. With it, you get one point for every $1 spent, which is equivalent to a penny at the time you redeem them.
In addition, you can earn more points in the following cases:
- Double for spending you make on travel: hotels, flights, car rentals, public transportation, etc.
- Triple points for eating out at restaurants of any kind: lunch, dinner, fast food, take-out, etc.
- On the 1st of each month you get double points for all your purchases, 4x on travel and 6x on restaurants. Only the rent payment is not affected by this offer, it will continue to accumulate one point per dollar, even if you pay it on the 1st of each month.
This credit card has no annual fee, but it does not offer the typical 0% interest offer on deferred purchases for the first few months, as do other Wells Fargo cards, such as the Active Cash or the Autograph. The interest rate on the Bilt is between 21.49% and 29.49%.
