This gift card includes a $3 monthly maintenance fee that applies after 12 months of inactivity. While it costs $4 to purchase, you can load it with amounts ranging from $10 to a maximum of $500 (in $5 increments).
In addition, it comes with zero liability for unauthorized charges and replacement in case of loss or theft for $5.
Although it is accepted as a debit card at Visa merchants, it has some limitations:
- You can't use it to rent cars.
