After signing up for PNC Bank Zelle, you can now add contacts who are also using this service. The usual recommendation is that you do not send money to people who are not on your list.

When you are going to send funds, the process is very simple:

• Log in to Zelle via the app.
• If you are not going to use a QR code, enter the recipient's cell phone number or email address.
• Enter the amount you are going to send, verify the information and click 'Send'.
