Once you have done this, you will receive a one-time use verification code that you will need to enter into the system. Then, accept the terms and conditions of service.
Once enrolled, simply log in to your Regions Online Banking account or use the bank's mobile app to make a payment.

- Select "Payments" to view Zelle's options.
- Choose an existing contact or enter the recipient's mailing address or cell phone number.
- Enter the amount and send the money.
The recipient will receive an email or text message with instructions on how to claim the funds. In most cases, the money is available within minutes.

Limits to using Zelle with Regions Bank
Transactions through Zelle have amount and value limits for security purposes. These may vary depending on the account. These limits can be viewed at the time you initiate a transaction through Regions Online or Mobile Banking.
There are restrictions on the amount of money that can be sent daily and in consecutive 30-day periods to recipients. These maximum amounts allowed for daily and monthly remittance change depending on the funding account, the recipient and the previous transaction history with each recipient.

To find out the maximum amount you can send through Zelle, you must log in to the Regions online banking account or mobile app. Once in the app, you must press the send button. Below the amount, you will find a "Limit" button that will give you information about the current send limit through the service.
There are no limits on the amount you can receive through Zelle. However, the sender may have restrictions on the maximum amount they are allowed to send to the recipient.
